What is the delivery processing time?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business weeks. Orders are not shipped or on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What is the delivery method?

We offer all Domestic Delivery through our own courier.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

What is the delivery availability?

Domestic delivery services are available only within boundaries of Hong Kong SAR, including industrial and commercial areas, residential areas, outlying islands and rural areas.

Delivery services are not applicable for Government units and frontier closed areas.

When is the delivery confirmation & where is the order tracking?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What about damages?

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
